We finally got our dressage scores and ribbons from our very first show. We might have come in second of two but we actually competed and got a LOT of great feedback!
We did our jump round first to try and make Bacardi a little more relaxed. We scored same as the other entry on this round.
After our jump round we rode our dressage test, which wasn’t perfect, but was satisfactory. Our dressage test came back with good comments, some nice compliments and reiterating the things we are working on.
Overall I was very proud of our first competitive foray and we even got ribbons to show for our hard work.
Our next goal is to go to the Donida Ride for the Roses in October and hopefully take Ruffi with!!
